I always have a bag of these in the freezer. Alexia Foods makes a rosemary, olive oil and garlic oven potato that will fill your kitchen with the fragrances of Greece in 20 short minutes.
Pop them in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 450 degrees. I’ve found that taking the time to stand them up, peel side down on the pan helps them to cook evenly without having to turn them.
Remember if you’re using parchment paper to line the baking sheet, make sure it is able to withstand the high heat required here. Some less expensive brands top out at 400 degrees and could catch fire. Dip these in the Greek Vegan’s Better than Ketchup and you’ll eat the whole bag yourself. If you’re in the mood to share, try standing them up in a pretty glass with a shot glassful of Better than Ketchup on the side.
